Chardonnay is the most versatile white variety in the world. It comes from Burgundy and in Moravian conditions gives full wines with an aroma of green apple, citrus and a gentle buttery note. It is a variety that even a guest who knows nothing about wine will recognise — and one that offends nobody.

The 2025 vintage is classified as late harvest, meaning the grapes were picked later and with a higher sugar content than for a standard quality wine.

Serving and food pairing

The wines are supplied by ViP - VINO PARTNER, a family firm from Fryšták that has specialised in Moravian wine for over twenty years. Their own range carries the ViP - VINO PARTNER label and is made in cooperation with Moravian winemakers.
