A semi-dry Cabernet Sauvignon rosé from the Šatrapky vineyard in the village of Čejkovice. Its bright apricot-salmon colour is accompanied by an inviting aroma of redcurrants, raspberries and ripe strawberries. The palate is fresh, juicy and pleasantly balanced, with delicate notes of currant cordial, vanilla cream and a soft creamy finish.
An enjoyable choice as a refreshing aperitif or alongside light salads, poultry and mildly spiced dishes. Best served chilled at 8–10°C.
