Rubinet is a modern Czech variety and you will rarely meet it on a shelf — which is exactly what makes it an interesting gift for someone who thinks they already know Moravian wine. It gives deeply garnet-coloured wines with an aroma of dark forest fruit and a soft, rounded tannin.
The 2024 vintage is classified as regional wine, a category meant to be drunk young without waiting for it to age.
