Product detailed description
Alcohol-free sparkling wine is made from ordinary wine, from which the alcohol is removed by a gentle process designed to leave the aroma and the flavour behind. The result is fresh, lightly sparkling and refreshing — and, above all, it lets people who cannot drink alcohol raise a glass too.
That is what makes it such a practical addition to a bouquet: for a celebration where someone is driving, for a visit to the maternity ward, or for an office where the toast happens during working hours.

Serving and food pairing
Serve well chilled at 6–8 °C. It also works nicely as the base of an alcohol-free spritz with ice and a slice of citrus.
