Riesling — Ryzlink rýnský in Czech — is often called the noblest white variety of all. It gives wines with a fresh, carrying acidity, an aroma of white flowers, lime and peach, and a mineral undertone drawn from the soil. It is also the variety that ages best: a bottle can happily wait several years.
The 2025 vintage is classified as late harvest.

Serving and food pairing
